#9424 is a good story but its very poorly written. for example, how many times does jack bauer say "I GIVE YOU MY WORD" in the series, its at least 1000. and the last season ruined it, he inhale that poison or whatever that the other guy died from right before him, if he died then it would of been perfect, last season runed itOriginally posted by Diesel79The Sopranos

Season 2 doesn't get much love and it took me a few episodes to realize it was a stand alone season, but by the time it ended I thought it was badass..My favorite season is the school season, with Dukie, poor lil fuker never had a chance.Comment -

#102I just watched the first three episodes of season one Sopranos and something hit me about episode three, I think it was three. Do you remember when the gang decided to help out the Hasidic Jews over a squabble concerning hotels or hotel chains and the one Jewish character didn't want to something or other with his wife. Remember that episode? Naturally the gang just did it to get their hands into that hotel business.
Well here is something I missed the first couple of times I watched it. Do you remember the Jewish gangster, the guy that supposedly represented a Meyer Lansky type of criminal. He, if you recall told Tony not to get involved with that matter and as it ends up he was correct because the Hasidic Jews after they got what they wanted from Tony sort of renegaded on their side of the bargain. This is when Tony starts beating up one of these guys. Well thinking about that I don't remember any complaints from the Jewish population that, that episode was an unfair stereotypical type depiction of their people. And I think it was. Maybe I just missed it in the news, do you recall that?Comment -

As someone who lives in a family who makes jew jokes quite often, I find this post hilarious. I also watch Sopranos, but I don't remember this episode too well. There are a LOT of racist jokes towards jews and black people, but it's HBO and they can do whatever they want, and they don't exactly make Italians look very classy either.

Yes, I agree. But my question is valid not hilarious. I simply didn't remember any outbursts from the Jewish population. We did hear a ton from the Italians about this show. In fact, I didn't even want to watch it until I did. lol Great show but people are often sensitive about these things and I simply was asking did I miss it. Nothing funny about that!Comment -
