She isn't hideous, and the body is very very nice. If you are in for the casual relationship - go for it. If you are looking for a soulmate..... maybe not. Of course we don't know if you are a good looking guy..... that is a factor here. If you can get tail anytime you want, then you could take a pass, or plow and run. If you are average, then this is in your wheelhouse. And if you are hideous, you may want to marry her.
