I drink a lot of fluids b/c of working out all the time. I'd say on average 1-2 a night. When I've been drinking shit I don' remember but probably at least 3 sometimes 4. This is mostly because I'll drink a ton, then come home and pound water to lessen the hangover. Either I get back to bed and sleep like a baby.

Havent had anything removed from my throat, have had restless leg syndrome in the past, Im 6'3 200lbs try to run a 3 mile run 3 nights a week then play bball on the wknds. I definitely sleep better if I do some sort of work out. Snor occasionally when I am really tired, sleep on my sides (do a good amount of spinning) sleep with a pillow between my knees so they dont "clank" together..., most of the time I pee 2 times...and they usually are 3, 4, 0r 5. It was been worse recently because I started a new job two weeks ago. Been pretty stressed out so I wake up stressing which leads me to get up a couple times...You can PM me or just hit me back on here...I have nothing to hide from these internet Gangsters

On a completely different side note--my pops has had a habit since he was a kid where if he cant sleep or is tossing and turning he gets up and takes a hot shower...gets back in bed and is asleep within mins....seems like opposite logic but it works for him. (he suffers from a worse case of restless leg syndrome)
