A general multi-vitamin will be enough to promote cellular brain function. Anything that claims it will "boost" anything is just an advertisement. Only something that significantly increases the level of dopamine transmission in the brain will give you a physiological "boost" and most are illegal or prescription. Cocaine, meth ,etc... They do more harm than good. Not to sound like a buddhist, but focus generally is a state of mind and an intangible process you exhibit through thought. Quiet space, comfortable surrounding, etc...

Way better than ON, used those a few years ago.

The joint support is a big plus!

I take Orange Triad too, it's really hyped up on the net. It has a joint complex (joints feel great), digestion complex (poops are great), and immune complex (dont get sick). Vitamins don't give you energy, calories do, but be sure to have a healthy diet. I used to take the add meds, now stick to vitamins, nutrition, exercise, and fish oil. A little green tea might help the focus. I use google calendars to plan out deadlines and assignments and things I need to do, it really helps and sends alerts to my smartphone. Understand your tendencies/habits of procrastination, lack of planning, lack of motivation and find ways to beat your weaknesses. Don't let gambling get in the way of school. Get an early start on assignments and keep up with your studies, gl. Don't smoke too much either.

stay away from adderal, ritalin etc. Especially because you have ADD if you start taking it you won't be able to function without it after a while its very addictive.
