Man falls off escalator at Medowlands

As the stadium was emptying out after the Giants win.A man fell 2 story's off an escalator.An upset women said she was the last one to grab his arm as he fell.The guys in critical condition. Awful .

Hasn't there been other escalators accidents at Giants Stadium? Seems I've heard of them before...
