So I asked him what part of Jersey you looking to move to?

He says somewhere close to Philly, maybe camden county but I heard something about camden county can you check it out for me?

He says that he heard that anyone living in camden county outside of the city of Camden itself, who is a homeowner, gets charged with a double utilities bill to pay for the stiffs (read african-americans) in the city of Camden who don't pay anything.
