Iwin said he got 139 round trip to las vegas with the 40% off. Im trying to book tickets for my uncle from Albuquerque nm to Sacramento ca. It says " this promotion is not valid because all regular flights are cheaper than the promotional offer" so im still paying regular price about 128 each way. How do you get the 40% off prices?

nvm seems all they did was hike up prices to 198 and then say they are 40% off. ill just book them at the regular prices which are still lower
