Had my neck cracked by the chiropractor
I went to the chiropractor to aide with recovering from surgeries and back issues. I asked him about "adjustments". The back adjustment made me hurt worse but he cracked my neck and it was euphoric (kind of like getting your ear flushed out).

Then, I read on the internet that neck cracking is dangerous; you can get strokes,etc.......

Anyone ever have their neck cracked by the chiropractor?

My chiro guy has worked on members of the Giants. I asked him which ones but he kept it confidential.

About once a month... maybe a little less. Absolute bliss every time. I have my neck adjusted, spine, and collar bones. Walk out feeling like a new man.

It's false temporary relief that only weakens soft tissue making it more likely to need adjustment again, and surprise surprise the chiropractor is more than happy to adjust again when it does (for a fee)

My son's dad is a surgeon and some of the patients he gets are people who have been fokked by Chiropractors or who have been fooled into thinking they're ok and suddenly they need full on surgery. They do glorious things... but popping air out of your joints which makes you feel good for a few seconds doesn't alleviate the underlying problem. They're great for temporary relief like Centaur said but if you have an actual issue, you're setting yourself up to be fokked.

Exactly. A faux paramedical field. If you're having problems go see a physiotherapist.

I see....thanks.....hmmmmm.... maybe its worth it for that temporary relief of pressure. I must be very tense to be hearing such loud pops.
