Hi everyone

I need help uploading a excel document onto my blogger and I have no idea how to do it. I went to files and tried opening it in a URL, but it did not work. Does anyone know the correct way to do this? Or any program that will help? Don't suggest dreamweaver because I am trying to learn that as of right now. Thanks.
