I just want to inform and alert clients and SBR that William Hill promotions are a scam.
Those promotions(risk free) they put on the right side of the website, promising £5, £7 or even £10 refund on casino and vegas games are a scam.
They ask the customer to press a "claim now" button and play the game of the promotion. After 48h or 72h the client is supposed to receive the refund.
I've been joining some of these promotions. The last 5 I've joined, they didn't pay me any.
They stole me around £25 doing this scam and reject to refund me. Why?
Because they want to have names, dates, time of the promotion and screen shot. Of course I don't have them, since the rules are to press the button of the promo and right after appears a message that I would receive the proper refund, I didn't take any names or screen shots.
I have the historic of my transactions and bets, but smartly they do not show what game i've played. Just codes like: 2412044575pt, EGEN.
Of course these codes mean something, and they know what.
