That's not the point. The point is trying to figure out what is the purpose of a cop even being around the area or being hired if they aren't even going to do their job. Seriously that is hard earned tax payer money going to something where anyone with an 8th grade education and half a sharp mind can do.

If a citizen goes to a cop to report something illegal or wrong happening and the cop does nothing about it....what does that tell you about cops or law enforcement in general?

Dude I don't get law enforcement sometimes. Today I saw a guy selling weed right out of his car (you could smell that on the sidewalk as you walk by) and I see a cop car around the corner and tell him that those guys were selling. They were like 300 feet away and the cop just gets in his cars, stuffs his face with some Doritos he got from the Subway he walked out of, and goes "okay cool" and drives off.

I turn and look and he drives right by the guy I tell him about. There is no one out there that you can trust to be on your side nowadays.

Maybe he saw that fugly bitch in your avatar with you and drove off to puke.

If you watch carefully on the original vid, you will see they pull that can away from her while she is being handcuffed and throw it to the side. All kind of liquid is spewing from it when they do. Hilarious how her demeanor changed when she got hit and she acted surprised, but maybe that was what she was after. Typical case of news running with an out-of-context clip. This happened at the Puerto Rican Day Parade which is trouble every single year. Lots of arrests, people throw objects, chemicals, and urine at the cops. Wish they would shut the thing down.
