And the guy that compared Ruth Chris to TGI fridays doesnt know good food. There a chain but they have very good cuts of meat. Nothing TGI Fridays about them.

Did you read the part when I said they had good food? I was equating them to TGI Friday's in terms of the crowd it attracts. Give me a hole in the wall Portuguese steak house over RC anyday.

What sides did you get with the T-bone? Prefer the garlic mashed potatoes or mushrooms myself....Last time I was there I tried the 'Primetime' dinner special here in Toronto which for $60 you get a 3 course meal. Food portions and service was excellent!!

yeah really is... if i was camping or something i would be happy with Ruth Chris.. I know at Coachella Ruth CHris has a stand and i was happy to have sliders from there... but in a nice city.. there should always be a steakhouse better then Ruth Chris.. i guess i am lucky where i live to have better places..

Actually Ruth Chris is plenty expensive. The steaks are A+ and to be honest $49 for a T-Bone is almost a value.

Find a Butcher shop and get a Prime Cut Porterhouse,etc Ribeye, NY Strip, Filet get him to cut it fat manny like they do back home. Then do like Mr. Odom said and slap dat baby on your charcoal not gas grill.

and Manny if you really want to do it like they do back home in the village ...sneak u a family size bottle of that there Heinz 57 and in front of everyone when there eyes about to pop out and all scream at the same time "Don't put no sauce on a good steak like dat!!" ... just dump 1/2 the bottle on dere and give em that back home grin

I don't think Ruth's Chris is that expensive. It's not cheap but it's not obscene.

Everything is drenched in butter or doused in duck fat. I always end up renting my meals there
