    Just bought some Iron supplement
An average adult male should consume 8 ** or iron per day while an adult female should get at least 18 ** per day, according to the National Institutes of Health Office of Dietary Supplements. The World Health Organization reports iron deficiency as the most common nutritional disorder in the world. For those with symptoms of iron deficiency or with secondary conditions such as RLS caused by the deficiency, taking iron supplements under the supervision of a doctor can help relieve symptoms. Iron supplements available as ferrous iron salts provide the highest level of iron absorption. Available ferrous iron salt supplements include ferrous fumarate, ferrous sulfate and ferrous gluconate.

worth a shot, had rls for 4 years and don't want drugs.

Not sure what to think about the iron is bad for the heart thing, that has to be high dosage.

only got 2 months of clonozapam left and it does work, i cut a half a milligram tablet in half, so i only take .25 which is a low dose, considering i was prescribed 1 ** 2 times a day.

Nice fact i didn't know about iron deficiency as the most common nutritional disorder in the world. Nice learning something

Gonna take 67 ** 2 times a day to start
    Let the trolling begin

Unless you have anemia, stay away from iron supplements. You should get plenty from the food you eat.

I'm anemic and have to get injections. Check with a doctor before taking supplements that you think you are lacking in.
