Anybody knowledgeable on flight jargon??? 70% OTR..... on time rate?

Seems kind of low to me. Will the Harvard math crew here at SBR please extrapolate that w/ regards to 2 cities in the middle?

70% OTR and 2 cities..... what's the likelihood of the route getting fukked up?
