Everyone knew in 2016 whoever won the presidential election would pick 2-6 new supreme court justices over 4-8 years. Ginsburg in 2016 came out against Trump which goes against protocol for a Supreme Court Justice

Fast forward to 2017. The Dead Fake War Hero from AZ was diagnosed with cancer. Unless Benny Hinn was gonna show up and cure him he was going to die. Instead of resigning from the Senate and allowing Governor Ducey to appoint a replacement he holds onto his seat for a year because if his hatred that Trump spoke the truth about him and when Trump did all he was doing was repeating Chris Rock's jokes about McCain

In 2013 when Dems controlled the Senate some recommended to RBG that she retire so Obama and a Democrat Senate could confirm a replacement. She told them to pound sand{as did a 9th circuit judge who just died months ago and Trump will replace him}

Supposedly during the Kavanaugh 1st hearing RBG told some Dems that she wasn't doing well thus Feinstein leaking the letter from "Doctor" Ford

She's had multiple cancers, she's broken ribs recently, She's missed SC hearings and now has cancelled an appearance in L.A. on the January 29th

My theory is: I believe she knows that time is running out for her. And much like the Dead Fake War Hero instead of resigning and doing whats right she will hang on and much like McCain use up as much medicine and treatment as she can knowing full well the verdict is in. That she will try to hold on for 1-2 years in the hopes President Trump won't be able to pick who he should've picked last time in Amy Coney Barrett. And even if Murkowski and Collins who love abortion like i love steak vote no as it stands ACB could get confirmed 51-49
