There was no evidence of a 'stand down order' or denial of available air support
No intelligence failure prior to the attack
Susan Rice's comments attributing the attack to a protest came before the CIA concluded there was no protest
No officers were intimidated, wrongly forced to sign a nondisclosure agreement or otherwise kept from speaking to Congress
