What's a fair stake percentage for SBR poker tournaments?

If it's a solid player that you have established a relationship with stake is normally 50/50 if you stake 100% of his/her buyin for the tournament. You could also stake, say, 50% of his buyin and take 25% of the winnings etc.

It does get a little tricky with the rollover and such though because some people can be decent tourney players and crap bags on the ring table.

If your looking at it as a way to make points there are probably very few actually worth the effort/return imho.

Sorry I dont usually play the weekend tourneys. For straight payout then 50-50 is usually standard.

the only ones paying out poker points recently have been the WC weekday ones which are free anyway.
