I am having trouble

So I am trying to play you can obviously see i have points to play with. But when i go to take my seat at a table. it is saying i dont have any poker points. I put points into the poker points account but it still wont let me play.

Non pros not allowed to play ring games unless its with points won from tournaments

yeah but I use to play all the time with tournaments that were not won with tournament winnings!
