What are you looking for and where? Brick and mortar or on-line. Do you live in the US, if so in what state?

Online, the only two real choices are PokerStars and FullTilt. Cake also seems to be gaining popularity.

In Las Vegas go to the Wynn. Nicest poker room in town with beautiful waitresses and top shelf drinks.

You can sign up for a watch the poker list from your ROOM.

                  IMO,

Foxwoods is the best in the NW (I think they closed Mohegan Sun's poker room and just installed the computer poker machines there..)

                  AC- Borgata, then Trump Taj.

With all the problems online - particularly collusion and outright cheating (super accounts at Absoulte Poker and UB) - only online freeroll tournaments are of use for practice prior to going to a live casino.

The only large poker company I know of to ever have been caught cheating is Tokwiro Enterprises, which happens to own both AP and UB.

You can get a pretty good rakeback deal at Spin32 Poker. Not bad traffic at No Limit. Spotty at limit. (Part of Merge Network).

Hard to believe there are not others out there cheating - gosh only 2 have been caught - I guess the others are honest then? The technology is there for the on-line poker rooms to steal your money - they have done it before, what is there to stop them in the future?

Paranoid? Perhaps. But the fact remains that AB and UB have stolen player's money, and they are still in business with little or no consequence for their actions.

And if you don't think there are people out there colluding in large pot on-line poker then you are living in a fantasy world.

Play on-line to practice. Play for real live. Otherwise you are rally gambling with your money.

Capps Pokerstars ...for me atleast Best Value are the Sit N go's in 1 hour you know where you stand. $12 (45 man) 1st place is $154......$12 (180 man) 1st place is $594.........$4.40 (180man) 1st is $216....alot of times people will chop when you get to 3 or 4 left.

Sit N Go's are push fests.

                            You're better off playing Bingo.

Play Tight Aggressive at cash games and have a big enough bankroll to deal with variance and you will be ok.

They are push fests...I sit and fold 5 orbits and 45 is down to 30...if you have patience, I usually play 2 or 3 at a time to counter that Variance. Try lol ....and usually play a guar.tourney or 2...I like .10 .25 Omaha hi cash...
