We will have four 50 man tourneys starting Tuesday at 10am, noon, 2pm and 4pm all times eastern. Gonna give out 10,000 poker points a day(2500per tourney, top 10 get paid).

We will run live tests on Monday so look for a post asking for volunteers to test the poker software and systems. Kind of code for; free points.

No bitching just wondering........can you get a few going in the night time,4 tourneys each 2 hours apart in the mourning and afternoon, pretty sure many here have lives they got to live during those hours.

I've been suffering from withdrawal. I got suckered into DSI poker, and lost about $100. I've learned that it's terrible there. You get into a tournament that looks like it may be +EV, and they allow late registration for like an hour and a half!

Count me in for Monday testing.

Well most tournies still be for SBRPROs only? Or at least require a 20 point entry fee for NONPROS?



Otherwise the ghosts will come out of the woodwork and most of the SBRPRO's wont even be able to sign up.

It's going to be limited seating/times during the first week. The tourneys will be SBR Pro only this week.

Look for a thread tomorrow when SBR Poker is able to be downloaded again for first-timers.

I'm afraid not at this time, that'd basically mean rewriting the entire application for less than 10% of our users.

I have a Mac and play on SBR Poker all the time, just need to install a copy of Windows via Boot Camp.

I hope you guys who had disconnect problems in the past will give it another try. We have improved the servers, the database, increased the bandwidth and optimized every last detail. That's kind of the good news, the bad news is these changes usually need a little tweaking but for now everyone in mission control is confident.

Yea I should explain the early tourneys.

We will use next week to test certain systems so we need two things;
1) We need to finish early so the poker team can work until midnight on any changes.
2) We need to make sure there are no over night registrations which would be lost when we take the poker offline.

The following week we will extend the schedule into the evening.
