So non-US players get a sweet rakeback deal now because pokerstars is desperate for customers? I hope things get really competitive and the rake gets really low everywhere.

I don't see how this is possible, since Pokerstars doesn't have rakeback. You need to reach one of the higher VIP levels probably to get that much back.
