Never call large bets from players older than 70 unless holding the nuts.Countless times I have tried bluffing and they never fold. I raise big with pocket 99 and flop comes 733 and I think no way could that old guy call a big preflop raise with a 7 or a 3. What are odds he has pocket 77????????? I go broke. Learned my lesson the hard way many times like this.
Yesterday I have pocket KK and raise 15 preflop an old guy reraises to 30. He only has about 100 left and I know he has pocket AA. Not worth it to set mine with KK. So for second time in my life I fold pocket KK preflop. I ask him if I can see and sure shit my read was right..............pocket AA.
