today I canceled my tournament entry for 12 + 1, left , and nothing was re credited to my account. no biggie. then I take entire stake to cash table, go down some, decide I want out. leave. took my entire bankroll not crediting me a penny.

and the help wont do anything about it either.

It takes a while sometimes to credit back from poker. Open poker software and see if your points are there

Yea sometimes it can take up to a day I believe they say

and worst of all live help pretty much told me tough shit unless they maraculously appear in my account ...

ill just stick to the free tournys from now on, no more sng's or cash games.
