Cliff Notes
--------------
1. Payment Processor Full Tilt has used has in the past is silently plucking money from past customer checking accounts.
2. People affected make thread on 2+2 and find out that its not just an isolated case. Over 30 people have been affected.
3. Mass emails to Full Tilt asking why, how, and will I get my money back?
4. FTP responds to players and in the thread saying that Full Tilt Poker did not authorize these transactions, and to contact your bank in hopes of getting your money back.

This latest black eye for the online poker industry might be the final straw for online poker in the USA for the casual player. Their will always be a hardcore poker following but for those people that can take it or leave it...leaving it might be the option. Knowing that a third party might have your financial records is one thing; but to wake up, find money gone without recompense, email the original party(full tilt) and hear from them that sorry nothing we can do is a lot for the casual player to take.
So to be american, and play online poker for entertainment has gotten more stressful. Anyone who has not had the foresight to open a poker only checking account has to worry that rouge payment processors can just scoup in and indiscriminately raid peoples banking accounts. Players are reporting that some have been hit four times by this payment company. I feel for anyone that has this happened; US online poker scene is more wild west than it ever has been.
If you play full tilt and have used checks....shut down that banking account. Move to another bank...create a second account only for poker. Never keep it funded except for the bare minimum or to cover a deposit. Any withdrawls from the poker site to hit your account, hit it that day. What a MF headache this is.....more casual players might leave once this hits the news making it that much harder to earn a nickel in online poker
