    Monkey excrement poker software
I do not want to hear that its my computer. Your software is still disconnecting me on my one laptop every three hands. Please look into it SBR.......I know I lost but I cant even find out what I lost to. Cant pull up the hand. called an all in and then lost connection. The decision was my fault but I would love to know what I lost to. I cant even ask the person who beat me because chat is for players only and I got eliminated.

The wifes laptop runs fine with sbr...she was busy using hers. When I use mine I have to disconnect-reconnect every three hands or it just hangs after three hands. I have this problem on no other site.

So your wife has an account as well? I thought SBR only allows 1 account per household or did that rule change?

I read it again, unless I'm having a major brain fart I don't see what you're talking about.

          I've never disconnected.

Seems like some people have issues, but I don't think it's entirely on SBR;s end or we'd all have problems.

I agree with Mighty, have the same Problem with Disconns, not only that have downsize
the site so I can play, If I click AVATAR, its cuts off the right side and the bottom of the
Poker Table and I can click on fold, bet or anything else, the Chat part on the right completely
dissapears too. Nothing but a **** up in the software, when I play I am looking at a tiny
            Pokertable, which is stupid

To start, I do believe it is an SBR software/server problem.

On the other hand, Maron's description of being fine if his wife's laptop is used but not his own indicates a local computer problem. I would suggest there is something different between the laptops that the SBR software is not handling properly.

I personally am not currently experiencing the disconnects but I did for a while in February. No change to my laptop configuration (Win7-64 running over a wireless G and N network).

I am not a developer but I imagine SBR could put some additional and targetted monitoring on the server connections to log what is happenning when these disconnects are happenning.

I don't think he is saying his wifes account but rather that his wife was using her laptop and he was therefore unable to put it use.

We have two laptops in the household. My laptop frequently disconnects only when I play SBR poker. Her laptop does not have that problem. I prefer to use her laptop but she was on her laptop doing work. I was forced to use my laptop yesterday and the disconnects rained down.

Im trying to register today at a time when she is not home so I can use her computer

Both laptops run vista. They are from different companies and have different brand wireless cards. It maybe a driver issue with my laptop but no other poker software disconnects on me...thats the point which is vexing

I would remove the software from the computer, then clear my temporary internet files. Then reinstall the software. Not that it will work 100 percent sure, but better than trying nothing.

At my brother's apt, I was disconnected more than 5 times on Fulltilt. Pretty unreliable connection. Especially if anyone walked by my computer, I would get disconnected. Cost me some money Sunday.
