Painful, I have seen a straight flush lose to the higher straight flush with a 3 card straight flush on the board. But thats horrible.

Isn't this why they came up with bad beat jackpots? Enetertaining analysis, but not much respect for the way it was played out, that's for sure.

I lost quads once. Actually in basically the same way, I had 22 and was against 66. Flop was 662, turn blank, river 2. Unfortunately it was in a MTT, so I didn't get the bad beat bonus.

I got a piece of a bad beat bonus when KJs beat QQ and on QQ109 straight flush board. (I wasn't in the hand, but the casino I was at did the bonus something like 60% guy beat, 20% guy who won, 20% split by all other players at table).

And yes, the hand in the video was horribly played, the guy with the queens cost himself a lot of chips by raising on the flop 9/10 times (i.e. if the other guy has something like A9, 10 10, J10 he keeps betting if not raised and likely gets away from it if raised.)

The look on the face of that guy on the right was hilarious. He just couldn't process what he was seeing.

I don't have a problem with raising there, actually.
