#3i have used poker tracker 3 with some success. It really takes a good amount of time before any of the data is useable IMO. I mean talking about playing thousands of hands before the data can be used to make any kind of logical conclusions.
But after playing with it for a while, and looking it showed me where my game was costing me and where I was playing the game well. I especially like the way it tracks other players at the table while you are playing with the HUB, but again those numbers need to be taken with a grain of salt unless you have played against someone for hundreds of hands.Comment -

#5Well for cash, either HEM (Holdem Manager) or PT3 (PokerTracker 3) are good programs to have. HEM is a slightly better overall program, but I ended up picking up PT3 because it runs a lot smoother on my older computer. AFAIK they both have free trials, so try them both out and see which you like best.
I think they are way overrated for MTTs, but if you play a decent amount of cash it is a good investment. Good advice also from booth ^^^Comment -

#11It's all great and fine if you use software, but you still have to learn how to react to different types of players and what to do in a certain situation. Don't think it's a magic potion for winning play.Comment -
