Very angry with myself for Tilting

just lost 1k points in the SBR poker cash table

not the same as real money thats for sure, but i would have never guessed my hands would all lose when they did.

-Pocket Kings lose to and Ace on river
-Straight lose to flush
-A-10, flop A and 10...two pair lost to trips
-flop is 992, i have a 2, go all in...hes got trips again

all losses were in about 20 hands to the same person

You clearly have not played enough poker...this is normal. Pushing 992 with bottom pair is dangerous, top two pair versus trips happen (though these are harder to read), etc, etc

Play microstakes PLO...it is great for alleviating tilt. The possible hit to the bankroll is minimal and a lot of times it is very action orientated

I've gotten better. I find my mood is a big factor to whether I stay in emotional control.
This is a very unique aspect of poker not quite seen as strongly on any other game or sport I can think of. And I have been playing tournament level chess for many years.
