I over the course of the last six months have been playing live 1-2 mostly and 2-5 occasionally, I work a full time day job and i only play live at casinos i edge out about a thousand a week playing 4 nights a week 1-2 live.. Ive heard many people say you cannot consistantly beat such games cause of the fish calling and the variance but i disagree i often find a solid tight agressive game crushes the 1-2 tables full of chasers and is a easy 2-500 a session game.. My problem is i cant keep a bank roll cause i have stu ungar disease i win i piss it away and the next week im broke i had a month of 80 percent winning sessions only to piss it away on bad habits and over spending and splurging.. What do u think is a realistic bankroll to grind out a weekly living at these limits? 25 full buy ins? 6 months of bills paid? i could never quit my job but i will admitt it gets harder and harder to go work a 37,000 dollar a year job when i consitantly grind a higher weekly paycheck at the tables i just know i could never handle the freedom and the lifestyle of it all but has always peaked my interest...

#2Sure it is probably possible, online I doubt it though. Even the NL10 games are really really tight ABC nit poker today. I wouldnt recommend online poker to anyone.Comment -

#3you can definitely make a living from 2-5, or 5-5. Just a question of what you need to live each month. But take it from someone who plays for a living, you need a serious bankroll so 1 or 2 piss poor months dont affect you.
1-2, long run, I dont think you can make a living. Just be happy with your pretty decent profits and consider it gravy.Comment -
