I thought it was a joke too until he mentions Williebee by name. I know the value of JJGOld is akin to the dancing bear. A sideshow...when he name drops a member of staff I respect it raised my eyebrow. The threat ofconfiscation of funds at sportsbooks where I have accounts which I like is what got to me today of all days.

What if I luckbox myself into one of the top spots Saturday? Cant use the points to grow rolls at any sites because of this thing hanging over a person. The threat of confiscation is what crapped on my day.

Even if it isn't a joke, he did explicitly say that most people named are named so because of some coincidental link.

Anyway, you are an SBR Pro. Therefore it can't be argued in any way shape or form that your buy-in for the tourney you won was using ill-gotten gains.

The structure of these things are basically super turbos. You can "play" poker for the 1st 3 or 4 levels then it becomes a re raise all in fest. I have gotten into the Final 15 every tourney I played and haven't won once. Huge suckouts on me for big pots and I still would of had to struggle with the blinds.

Just try to chip up early and hope for cards late. Don't call raise for 1/2 you stack and do a lot of shoving. I wish I was in your spot. BOL to you.

Ty. Im old and my diet prop is throwing me for a loop...were you the person who placed second to me. With the blinds and antes that high, the only proper play at the point was to just shove. I was shoving in the small blind with anything higher than the avg starting hand in Holdem Q8 offsuit. Any ace in the BB would be an all in counter shove or a call. The blinds that high compared to stack sizes reduced it all to that.

QT vs 88 is a coin flip slightly in your favor. I hit an overcard and moved on. I was not going to play any post flop play unless I had AA, KK, or QQ.
