Outage question

There was a power outage in my area from 6:15 - 8:10 pm.
Needless to say there was no internet in my town.

I was registered for the 7pm tourney, obviously I could not play.
The powers that be can verify I never played a hand.

My question?
Can I get a 15 point refund, or am I SoL.

If I'm SoL, so be it, just curious.

That was not a refund, you will not be refunded every time something happens and you are not able to get into a tourney, just keep in mind I did it so you can have another chance
