??? Don't quite understand...Random would increase the possibility of this type of hand. Random doesn't discriminate. This is a perfectly plausible group of hands. I've seen this plenty of times even in live play, let along online where # of hands increase exponentially. Hell I'm impressed that AA held up..online someone could have easily called with JT spades and scooped it all...

If you saw this on 10 hands out of 20 I might wonder about randomness but one hand proves nothing, every hand combination is just as likely to occur as any other.

Players getting AA, KK, KK, QQ is just as likely as the same four players getting 72, 52, 38, 95

Of course I mean this specific combination of cards + suits. If you don't care what the suit is obviously there's more than one way to get a given pair. But any SPECIFIC hand combo is just as likely as any other.

Crazy hand and you were unlucky, that's for sure. Maybe you would have better luck using your own account and not your wives. The Poker Gods tend to look down at men online playing with a woman's screen name ....

Random isnt the word to describe it just unlucky and crazy but in the position you were in seeing all those all ins I'm surprised you didn't think someone had the aces you know

You can't tell if it's random or not by looking at one hand. You need to see a large sample.

Once at the Venetian I was dealt 7c3d three hands in a row. The chances of that happening are millions to one against, but that doesn't mean a mechanic was dealing to me.

I think it is crazy to assume online poker sites aren't rigged to intentionally set up multiple big pre flop hands against each other at a higher than "random" rate to bring in the rake.

I think it's crazy to ASSUME that. Why would a site like Pokerstars ruin its reputation with a faulty randomizer? They are already making a killing on the rake. They don't need any help in the money department.

Live hand from a table I was sitting at in a casino last week....

                        Player 1 Kh 8h
                        Player 2 Qh Th
                        Player 3 Jh 9h
                        Player 4 6h 5h

                        Flop 2h 3h 7h

If you play enough, these unlikely hands will happen.

i have seen that same situation playing live. it is unlikely but it happens. on hand doesnt support much of an arguement. PS why are you playing on your wifes name anyway? lost all your chips and you trying to win it back?
