Can not register to 12/16 tourney; asking for buy in fee for Pros

Poker support,

I am trying to register for the 8 pm tourney. It is requiring a 20 pt entry fee even though I am a pro. Is this correct or not?

Follow supports suggestion to uninstall then reinstall. It worked..now registered..thanks
