I just deposited $30 into a Full Tilt Poker Acct. I am going to see if I am able to build it up. This is just for my tracking purposes and to help me stay focused and keep track of my play. A lot of times I build up a decent roll and then play when I am not totally focused and have losing nights.

Yak I kno that. And I played the smallest stakes before, but I have it is absolutely impossible to do anything at those stakes because of the people you play with. Doomed or not, I'm rolling with this. It's only $30.

Meh... Even if $10 is a third of his entire gambling bankroll I don't really see it as a problem. It won't be that hard for him to come up with another 30 bucks if he busts out.

yep you should start at lower limits and build up brm is important. esp if you have losing nights

Thanks for the support guys. I am completely aware of BRM and it makes me glad to know that people on this site still care about helping others from what usually happens here. If I was playing with a large amount of $ I would definitely follow em, but I usually only play those .01/02 stakes and get absolutely no where. Online poker and complete donks get the best of me everytime at those levels. .05/.10 seems to be a table that I can still win it, and like Doyle Brunson says, "If you know you can beat a table, regardless of the buy-in, your the fish for letting them keep their money."

called a 5x BB raise OTB with KK. Flop came 868 and guy pushes. Call with my Kings, only to see an A8 off haha. Oh well, was able to battle back and ended up winning thanks to limping in with 22, and hitting a 2QQ flop. The other guy had AQ and turn came 9 and river 7, so it was a nice win for me. Ended the sesh up 6.16.

Go to PokerStars and play the double or nothings. the last 5 players out of 10 double the buy in. great way to increase the roll IF: 1. You are patient
2. know ABC poker

Starting with $30:

I would only take $5 to a .05 and .10 table and not $10 and maby play the matrix sngs.They are easy to turn a small profit on.
