    suck out of century
$530 free roll sponsored by BM. yesterday we had some fun. About 30 minutes into the hand came my bad beat of the year. I flop a nut flush. I am holding three spades with the K and there are two spades on the board and one of them is the Ace. My main opponent has A, 10. So he flops just a pair of Aces. Next round after he gets a 10, he has two pair. So he thinks he is hot shit and puts me all in. I am thinking there are only two cards in the whole deck that can beat me. An Ace or a Ten. Of course wouldnt you know, comes the ten on the river. He sucked out a full house against a superior hand. He sucked out so hard all the gravity in the universe ceased to exist for one micro second. Worse part is, this guy probably thinks he is some great poker player whereas he got so freaking lucky! Anyway, some people like hearing bad beat stories and some don't. This was bad one. especially since we both has around 3,000 chips.

In conclusion these free tourneys are a lot of fun. I mean, is really baout the entertainment. If you beat 200 people then you get only $200 and that has a rollover on it, so the odds you will see any money is very minimum. This is a good way to get in here and meet some of our fellow SBR fans.

Thanks SBR for all you do.

These kind of bad beats happen all the time...and it's not like there was only 1 card....2 aces and 2 10's.

    I have seen much worse.

Yeah have to agree with the crowd here, most of the really really bad beats are two outer runner runner types that are 2/47 * 1/46 = about 1080-1 shots, those you remember for a long time.

Lol @ only 2 outs.. Can you count cards? I lose a few hands like that every day. It's something like 5-7 percent to happen or 1 game in 20
