Do you have a Nortons antivirus or any other AV program on currently? The server is up and functional, we have multiple users with connections currently.

Try to download the poker application from this link (in the right corner), and make sure any AV program is also off.

I just got set up from a different computer. At the point in which I was having problems, an antivirus program popped up and I allowed the connection.

I do not have any antivirus programs running on the computer with Windows 7. Is it possible the problem was with the operating system?

Glad you were able to get set up. Beyond the basic troubleshooting, I have to defer most questions to our technical staff to diagnose problems. From what they told me it sounds like some program (firewall, or AV) was rejecting the installation. I did pass along your username in case of any connection problems later tonight, so they can monitor your activity.

Can you disable any antivirus or firewall program during the installation of the software? That should allow it to run.

Two more steps to try (if you want to):

If both firewall and any antivirus program are off:

1. Try to install by going here & clicking the Download Now button in the right-hand logo.
2. If that installs, Save it to your desktop
3. If both antivirus program/Firewall is off, right-click the SBRpoker.exe and click Run As Administrator.

I'm also asking our poker developer for any other suggestions, but the above steps have typically always worked.
