won up to a couple step 4s and used them on the sunday million. never tried going higher than that tho. I think past the step 4 level they are filled with sng pros so not necessarily a good idea to try and go farther unless you really know what your doing.

I just play mid-limit .....Limit Hold em.....too many tournaments...too confusing

I played alot of these... I wouldn't do these unless you think you are aleast break even on the higher steps or just playing them for fun as alot of pros do nothing but sit and wait for the fish to work their way up and the rake is really high (especially if you start at the bottom and work your way up)...

I personally like the one's on fulltilt alot better because you have more options of which type to play (I'm big fan of the super turbos when you get knocked down a couple steps) and you have options to get out with t$ or play regular sit and gos at some of the higher levels... On pokerstars you can only do this effectively during their WCOOP and SCOOP series (and these sats don't run often in comparison to various sats at fulltilt) or by playing a $215 Sunday tourney...

It's not a waste of time if you know the game. There are people who specialize in them at the higher levels.

Yeah, I haven't gotten past step 4 either. First 3 just hold out for premiums and you're fine.
