This is what I think. I see people saying that the hands are rigged because bad beats happen(which they do) and that its because there are so many hands and that is why you see so many strange hands and people take so many bad beats. Well the problem is with that philosphy is that it is true you will have a few more bad beats and weird hand when you play more hands but the problem is it is not rational to the hands that are being played. Example and this might be confusing because it is hard for me to desribe the way i think, but lets say you have 1 really bad beat for 100 hands playing normal poker and that is the norm. You play 3 times as many hands playing online poker so in the same amount of time you would take 3 bad beats and that would be normal because of the hands being played. I would suggest you take a lot more bad beats in online poker. Everyone is taking these beats constantly, you here it every day on here. Now do I think its rigged. Yes and no. Do I think its rigged so one person wins no i do not. That really wouldnt make since,because they would be putting their sites at risked. Now are the cards as random as in playing regular cards, no i dont think so. I don't think any online casino or poker is random. If you go and play online blackjack or other games they are not random and not meant to be. You have seen it on here where casinos are refusing to pay because people found a bug or whatever. If there is a bug that can be exlpoited then the game is not random, but on a set pattern. I think online poker is the same. I think it is meant for the game to be fun and not fun. I think the cards are generated to create interest in playing hands. Playing hands means more interest and more rake. It really cant be rigged because they do not control you weather to fold or hold so they can't control your choices. They can give you cards to make you want to play or not play.. The idea here and the people that make money are the ones that understand how it works. I use to lose a lot and now I understand a little better and have made a little money now. You have to realize you are going take some horrible beats and it isn't always the software because people play a lot more crazy hands online then they would at a table. The reason to this is because people don't want to be embarresed at the table where online they can hide. You have to live with these and not let them bankrupt you. people will chase and that is what the software enduces. It wants people to stay in. Just remember not to go crazy on any hand unless you have nuts. If you can;t win just don't play or play smaller limits. If i truly believed it was rigged for one person i wouldnt play.
