Wynn's $100+$20 tourny is pretty good, and the Venetian's tournaments are very popular. For the most part avoid tournies at Harrah's owned casinos because the juice is higher. If you like playing cash games, 4 hours at the Rio will get you into a daily $1K freeroll tournament that usually gets chopped up in the first few levels (if you play take the chop because the tourny takes forever to play).
