software would not load and it was saying firewall settings was too high but when i called Bodog and gave them the help code they said my time was off hmmmm but it wasnt
so i called back talked to another person and they said why dont u delete the software and reinstall it and if you want to save your player notes go into the bodog folder and pull out the player notes and put it on your desktop until u install bodog over and call us back when u do and we will tell you how to put the notes back in the game
so i called back and explained to the 1st person and she says NOOOOO YOU CANT DO THAT so i just hungup ha and just called back
called back spoke to a 2nd person and he said oh wow you can do that?
so i called back a 3rd time and this person is like oh yeah you can do that but nobody here knows how to
BODOG CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE HAVE NO CLUE hahaha
FYI NEVER CALL IN AND TELL THEM YOUR GETTING DISCONNECTED ALOT THEY WILL SAY ITS ALWAYS YOU AND NEVER NOBODY ELSE.
