On July 15, Forrest weighed in at 138 pounds.

He's is actually having trouble paying the full amount. He did just win a tournament in Miami (I think?) that payed around 100k. He was trying to work out a long pay out because he said that he expected ted forrest to die because he lost that much weight, but forrest wouldn't have it. Nice to see his mouth got him in serious trouble for once

Well thats why this is so interesting. We're not dealing with regular people. Poker players make these crazy bets all the time and pay. One guy actually go breast implants to win a bet. Forrest already paid out the same type of bet to Matusow for 100K. Matusow had 1 year to go from 250lbs to 181 and he won the bet.

I agree...2 million from Matusow..how do you expect to be paid...make the bet with Ivey and you would get paid..but Matusow come on.

Maybe they agreed for Matusow to have his share of Full Tilt given to Ted, who knows...

Mike will payoff. He still has income coming from partial full tilt ownership. The bet is not a clear winner. It's difficult to lose that much weight given Forrest's physicals. Forrest had the best of it but it's not the easy win that some are making it out to be.

I thought Mike Matusow only acted a fool while playing cards. Yes, he does bring in some comic relief and is amusing at times, but this bet he made with Ted Forest was just plain idiotic. I could understand if you have the money to lose, but he didn't.

Matusow said the $2,000,000 payoff was to be paid at $5000 a month...that's 400 months...or 33 years and 4 months...

So if Mike actually pays the whole thing off using the schedule they set up he will be 75 when he pays it off and Ted Forrest will be 79.
