    Online poker is too funny
I quit playing at Bodog because I was seeing way too many quads and straight flushes and it seemed to unusual.

I tried Pokerstars this week and yesterday in 2 sessions and about 3 hours total I got 6 quads and 2 straight flushes playing Omaha 8 or better. Also folded a quad hand preflop, just hard to believe these RNG they claim are legit.

Seen it way too many times as well. That's why I only play live games now.

I've played on Pokerstars for over 4 years now... It's the squarest I've ever seen and I have hundreds of thousands of hands under my belt.

There is one small thing with Pokerstars, though, that bugs me... and you know when it happens. You get stuck in a 'sucker' seat - where you're enticed to enter a pot with a moderately strong hand (A-J, KQ, along those lines) and you will lose with all those hands every time until you're felted. The only way to get around that and survive is to play lots of long shot hands and bluff bluff bluff - and even then, you're screwed.
The other thing, too... When you're in the 'sucker seat' - after you get wiped out, the table always closes.
This is in tourney games, that is, not cash games.

I love Pokerstars cash games. Very square.

You have to remember though omaha leads to better hands than Hold'em and you can be playing hundreds of more hands an hour on the internet than in live game depending on how many tables you have up

Imagine the bad beat jackpots you could win at a live casino. Wait 'til you lose a $1200 pot to a one outer on Riverstars.

I wish some 3rd party could/would do some kind of mathematical audit of these sites. It does seem like fishy business going on, but I've got no mathematics to back up my hunch.

I play a lot of on-line poker, every day. I don't see many quads or straight flushs. I spent many hours at Bodog and just don't see this.

See it all the time in omaha hi/lo , holdem may be an sxception.

At Pokerstars last week I had them 6 times in one day.

I wish I were in a position to complain when I was dealt monster hands on an abnormally favorable basis.

I pretty much play on UB these days. I saw 3 quads playing Hold 'Em within maybe a couple dozen hands. Luckily one of them was in my hand, so I can't complain. Kinda wild though. It almost seems like the worst hand going in was consistantly winning. Every little 2 outer seem to keep winning. Plus every hand was a ridiculous action hand. Constantly seeing big pocket pairs clashing. My JJ turned quads caught KK for all his chips. I had another JJ flop a set to snap off a different KK. Saw some other dude lose AA versus KK and go berserk. lmao. Obviously these hands will almost always see the pots get enourmous as everyone pushes their chips in. The real winner is the rake. Just as long as everyone can stay in the game long enough to keep it going. I guess that's where the science comes in.

I think they are rigged as well. Too many setup type hands and the underdogs are always favored.

                      Just look at Absolute.
