CAKE (problems...you my want to read this)
And give me points for being the first to bring it up on the forum...

On Monday, July 26, 2010, PokerTableRatings.com published an article that exposed a serious security vulernability on Cake Poker.

    Summary
    • Cake Poker used weak encoding that left player's accounts and hole cards vulnerable to being stolen by a third party.
    • Cake's website falsely stated that they use "256-bit TwoFish encryption".
    • Players on an unsecured wireless network are especially vulnerable.
Update: Lee Jones, the poker room manager of Cake Poker, has confirmed the vulnerability. Lee said that they are "reprioritizing [their] software development schedule to put this [security vulnerability] at the top of the list."
