Poker Sites or 3rd Party that offer free money
Does anyone know if any of these offers are legit? I really love poker, but being laid off and wife and 2 kids keep me from depositing.... Any ideas?

Pokersource or Yourpokercash are the best. YPS offer more free bankroll lately. GL!

It depends on what you want to do with poker. If you want to make decent money one day these offers can hamstring you because they tag you as an affiliate to the offering site and hence you are made ineligible for rakeback which is usually a separate offer. Getting the affiliate tag removed/switched over to a rakeback account is difficult and sometimes impossible.

If you're just recreational all this is irrelevant of course but I would still avoid doing a free bankroll for full tilt poker and opt for rakeback there. UB/AP are known cheaters but since you're playing with house money this may be a non-factor. Something on ipoker like titan would be a good starting point and there are lots of skins that eventually offer these promotions so you'd feel safe doing one since the network players are shared between skins anyway.

            Summary:
Recreational: Go for it but avoid full tilt poker.
            Semi Recreational: Read post
Hoping to make money: Don't do it.

            Different sites that offer:
            www.pokersource.com
            www.yourpokercash.com
            www.pokerstrategy.com

honestly just look around, a lot of sites offer free $$ to start, but just be sure to follow the free money rules so you dont screw yourself
