Betus Casino question

I had a question about how the casino bonus chips worked so i was chatting with the diane from BetUs and she asked for my account number and password. Is this normal? I just x'ed out the box because I didnt want to give up my password. I just wanted to know what happens after I roll through the $200 to my casino bonus chips. Thanks

Yea I use betus and they do require your account number and password generally when your speaking with their representative, why they need this i do not know. I guess to confirm you are, who you say you are. How did you get the $200 bonus casino chips? You should just be able to make $200 in casinos bets and after you have gone through the $200, whatever you won via your bets should be transferred to cash in your account. (i believe this is how it works anyways)

I only got $10 bonus casino chips (i put $100 into my account and got $10 casino chips and $10 freeplay). Thanks for the reply though, you answered my question
