U can find some overlay at UB/Absolute poker. Merge network(Carbon Poker, Frlt Stars Poker) biggest tourney at the weekend has a pretty cool one.

Cake Poker Network, Reefer Poker & Absolute Poker have more overlays than any other host sites. Most of the time I run into $5k Guar. with 160 players. These are the events I specifically shop for prior to buying into an event.

Each persons have different opinion, but for me I enjoyed playing at pokerstars

It is difficult to find overlays in tournament poker these days because most sites are careful not to guarantee too much money. I think bodog has some very nice overlays these days. Until they increased the buyin from 100+9 to 150+12 in their 100k tournament it was the best overlay around.

Everest poker used to have some big tournaments with overlay. But I haven't checked it out for a couple of months so it might have changed. I wouldn't waste time on looking for all these overlay tourneys tho, you better just improve your game by joining trainings sites like cardrunners.com.
