    Favorite Poker Tournaments?
Wondering the types of tournaments that players adore the most, I will list some types, but if you have any specific tournaments please share as well:

    Turbo
    Super Turbo
    KO
    Shootout
    Cashout
    Rebuy/Addon
    1R1A
    Cube
    Super Stack
    Matrix
    Heads up
    6max
    Different games

My personal favorite used to be the 30rb @ 8:30 on fulltilt until I went broke. Now I like their nightly 8:45 limit game. I also like the 6max 5rb at 6:35. My least favorite has to be fifty fifty and the big doubles.

played a double or nothing at stars once and won, but i personally did not find it enjoyable. people are so tight on those things.

i prefer ST SNG's for the time constraints I usually have.

and ABSOLUTELY no turbos. online poker is generally fast paced enough without adding to the lottery factor by rapidly increasing the blinds and diminishing the playability for good players.

turbos does indeed increase variance and thus decrease the edge that a good player has against a bad player. at the same time, turbos (and superturbos) also last much shorter and gives the player quicker, if lesser results. i can see people who specialize in turbo if their technique is correct so even with a lower roi, the extra games make up for it.

                      I'm mostly a MTT guy.

                      For turbos, I enjoy Stars' 180-man at the $2.20 and $4.40 buy-ins.
At Full Tilt Poker, I try to play at least once a week the Daily Dollar. It can take 6 to 7 hours getting to the final 50, but there are so many bad players taking part in the tourney that you can build a very nice stack and roll on from there.

Came in top-20 twice for a couple of nice winnings in the past two weeks on roughly 10k players.

the worst is heads up, no blind increases that was the worst decision i ever made- its just whoevers more patient and has more will-power. it sucks- dont do it unless you wanna be the asshole who just keeps folding till you kno you got the nuts and wearing him down. 99 percent of players will be the type to jump in with less than kings cuz he gets ansy and get eventually caught
