    Pokerstars Customer Service?
    I emailed them Nov 19th and they still havent helped me out!

      I dont like pokerstras, But that is not normal, custumer services normaly takes less that and hour to respond

          I emailed them Nov 19th, they sent me a response saying we'll get to it (yada yada). Then I emailed them again asking for a response and they said they are working on it and emailing again wont help, it'll in fact slow down the process.

              There should be a e-mail you can send and they'll send you back with a number you can call. When I had an issue they gave me a number to call and talk to a support tech about cashing out.

                PokerStars is the best in the biz, believe me.

                Use support@pokerstars.com, they'll get back to you within a few hours with a useful response. Don't really understand why they're responding like that to you, I've had nothing but good experiences with that support.

                    This is atypical. If Stars doesn't have the best CS in the industry then they're close to the top.

                        Was the problem complicated? I've always gotten quick replies from pokerstars... Fulltilt is another story though...

                                  stars support is widely considered the best in the industy and 2nds not even close. most isues are resolved in a few hours, investigations take longer

                                  This says its not something 1st evel support can help you with, patience... they'll get there.

                                    Best in the industry not even close. I'm thinking your matter with them either is unorthodox or involves a certain department i.e. accounting or chat.

                                        I guess you could mistake that from my post, I don't work for stars or any site, I've been playing poker professionally for over 5 years and stars in my experience is way ahead of the game in customer service and site security.

                                        I hardly play there these days as the site is saturated with the U.S pros as they're not able to play the euro sites because of the UIEGA.

                                                oh yea their CS department sucks. i lost access to my email account after college, and coudlnt rememeber my password. it literally took a month to get logged back into my account!!

                                                BODOG on the other hand, you call their 800 number and have a live person on the phone that speaks english in less than 30 seconds!!
