Yes great job cheese! Not sure they'll even count the tourney given what happened, but you played great and fully deserved the win after thetrinity was gifted all those chips, should be good for us whatever exact ruling they wind up making.

It is what is is. They can't possibly go back on it now that the mistake has been made. It's world fault and the sbr software for allowing it. They should have a different password per time slot.

Aynyway if they didn't intervene before the start it's immensely unfair to do anything now. Congrats!

He had to beat 4 guys and one going all in. It's world fault. If anything they should be disqualified for those tourneys but not any results for others that occured

Yeah I can't blame them. Not that I agree with omitting it entirely, but no matter what they do it's going to be unfair to one team or probably more teams. Again trinity getting gifted all those chips really skewed the tourney. Don't like to agree with Carseller, but it really wasn't fair to him or cheese. Ok it worked out well for us it's true, but I would have been pretty upset if cheese went out in 3rd for the same reason.

Whole thing is just wacked, no idea what they can do to rectify it fairly.

"In regards to the 2pm. The other players showed up, played and acted in good faith. The 3 teams should not be punished for this, and only world should be. This would lead to some immense angle shooting in this and future world cups.

It would be outright unfair. I can think of a half dozen ways I could do this on purpose to screw up one of the better players games on another team, go all in to help someone else, etc.

Everyone did exactly what they were supposed to do, it's only team World that made the suspicious and aggregious mistake"

DQ worlds results from those tourneys (if any), DQ world all together, DQ said player(s) results from the WC.

There are several ways to approach it but it's total crap to punish the others for this.

Completely agree with chaoz here...the other 3 teams did what they were supposed to do and acted in good faith...Team World royally screwed up let them suffer the consequences, not the other teams.

Eddy is at 5pm est and dog at 6pm est

How hard is it to register early so the rest of the team is not on high alert and stressing out?

tomorrow i will be registering about 1 hour or less prior to my tournament, going to the Chiropractor. Ill definitely be back in time. Just giving everyone a heads up so there is no worries.

Yeah I'm more intent on following this drama now than the actual Cup is the sad thing!

Just so weird, Standings so close at start then on final day, Central no-shows early tourney, World double books a later tourney, then East no-shows a tourney. As Phil Hellmuth said "who put something in my oreo cookies??" Or if I'm not going crazy, what is up with everyone else - such a wacked day in the World Cup, thanks 2020 I guess???

Bro, way too much to explain. The short version is team world sent two players in an earlier tourney making it a 5 man instead of 4.
