What's the deal w/ Ultimate bet and Neteller not processing deposits or withdrawals to Maryland banks. I just signed up with them and they won't process neteller... ?????

This has been like this for quite a while now bud. It's some B.S. law that only Maryland has for some reason. A lot of people just drive across the state line, and setup a P.O. box to get around this one.
